Even if your product is technically perfect, you certainly can send it back if you are not fully satisfied with it. Just make sure that you return it to us in resalable condition and in its original undamaged packaging within 30 days of order placement. We strongly recommend saving your original packaging materials to help your return get back to us in resalable condition. We cannot provide refunds on products that have been partially used, cut, printed on or otherwise damaged.

Refunds are also left to our discretion and will be decided on a case by case basis.
As we work diligently to ensure the quality of our handmade products we ask that you allow 3-14 business days for your order to be processed before its shipped, even with priority shipping. Please note that this excludes weekends and holidays.

All orders over 1lb are shipped via Priority Mail once they have been processed, as we have found this to be the overall most affordable rate based on the average package weight.

Tracking information will automatically be sent to the email provided at check out once it becomes available.

Please keep in mind that there are still worldwide supply and shipping delays as a result of COVID-19.
