For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we'll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method.

We are only shipping to U.S. addresses at this time. If you would like us to ship to another country, please inquire prior to placing an order. All shipping charges are calculated for U.S. addresses only. We ship using USPS Priority Mail, which takes 2 to 3 days from the time we ship. We normally ship on Wednesdays and Saturdays. If we are out of stock on a particular product, we will email you and ask if you would like to make another choice.
